Did you know most jellies have loads of added sugar in it? My kids love peanut butter and jelly but I couldn’t get myself to buy the jelly anymore. So, here is an easy alternative…Raspberry Chia Seed Jelly
Ingredients
1 cup of raspberries
1 tbsp of chia seeds
Directions
Mash the raspberries and chia seeds together. Let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes to thicken.
It’s easy to make, no added sugars, and filled with fiber!
