Ingredients
8 oz almond milk
2 tbsp Trader Joe’s coffee flour or espresso beans
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
Handful of spinach (easy way to get your greens and you don’t taste)
Handful of ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. *if you have brewed coffee or cold brew on hand you can do 4oz of that and 4-6oz of almond milk as your base.
