1. Get your greens in. Throw some into a smoothie or a soup or make a big salad.
2. Drink lots of water. Add lemon or apple cider vinegar to help with digestion.
3. Intermittent fasting. You can fast through breakfast and maybe even lunch to get your blood sugar back down.
4. Sweat. Get outside for a walk, book a Soul or OTF class, do some hot yoga. Any movement will help.
