Salmon Salad

Looking for some quick lunch inspo? This is the easiest lunch to whip up filled with protein, healthy fats, and vegetables.

Ingredients 
@wildplanetfoods wild alaskan pink salmon 
2 tbsp primal kitchen mayo
1 tbsp Dijon mustard 
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup walnuts 
1 tbsp fresh dill 
juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions
Mix all ingredients together and serve with cucumbers, avocado, and my favorite flackers. Serves 2.

This is my favorite weekday lunch. I can make it the night before and take it to work with me for the next two days. It never gets old!
